An additional $50 fee applies for excessive pet hair or messes.

Additional Guests/Pets:
A $250 fee will be charged for any undisclosed guests or pets.

  • No firearms or weapons may be discharged, displayed openly, or left unsecured on the premises.

Guests are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws regarding possession, transport, and use of firearms. The host assumes no liability for any injury, damage, loss, or legal issues arising from guests' firearms or related activities. Violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction without refund. Law enforcement officers on duty are exempt from these storage requirements.
